Our saleswoman Melissa was funny and friendly, courteous and easy to talk to, my wife and I weren't really ready to purchase that day, but after Mastro welcomed us and made us feel at ease we decided to get the Crosstrek we'd been looking for, they're a true no hassle dealership. we told Melissa and Julio where we wanted our payment to be and what we wanted for a trade in they worked with us to get us the best deal around. The staff even stayed late to do all the paperwork and get us home in our Subaru that night, they even gave us some free Subaru gear to welcome us to the Subaru Family. the waiting area and sales floor are impeccable. nice and clean, and they even gave our tired 2 yr old some snacks to satisfy her hunger...The coffee was good too. We highly recommend Mastro Subaru to all !!! More
