Great buying experience After researching cars online for several months, I narrowed my search to a Subaru. Luckily I was referred to Mastro. I emailed and texted with Candy After researching cars online for several months, I narrowed my search to a Subaru. Luckily I was referred to Mastro. I emailed and texted with Candy before stopping in and honestly just stopped to narrow down my choices between a Forester and an Outback. I ended up leaving with a 2019 Forester and I could not be happier! I was helped by Candy, Thompson, Sean and Julio while I was there and they were all great. There is a real family feel to the dealership. Not at all high pressure and I got the feeling that they genuinely wanted to find the perfect car for me. They also gave me a very fair offer for my trade and offered me a great deal on the car. I am not a negotiator and do not enjoy that process but after months of research, I knew it was a great deal. I would highly recommend the dealership and after less than a week with my new car would recommend the 2019 Forester to anyone. More

He was patient, answered all my questions,explained about the company, and never once pressured me. He was the best salesperson I've ever dealt with in my life. Next I went to see Julio A. He was amazing. He was very thorough with his explanations, and went out of his way to help me get the financing. Both Gene and Julio spent over an hour on hold to the credit bureau to make it possible for me finance the car. They both treated me like family. They introduced me to Rachel W. who will be calling me to follow up on any concerns or questions. I even met the people in the service department because they had to reprogram something so I could have a phone in the car. More

Gene contacted us immediately and was quick to understand what we were looking for. While the car we wanted was not in inventory he assured us that he would be able to secure it from another dealership. Gene is a terrific communicator, constantly appraising us of where we were in the process. Terrific person to deal with if you are looking to buy a Subaru Buying the car through Mastro was a very pleasant experience. Everyone we dealt with was friendly positive and seemed to genuinely like being part on the Ma team. We finished our transaction with Julio Ayala (finance) he was terrific as well. Great communicator and very detailed oriented when explaining each document we had to sign. Another awesome experience. More

When my husband came back with me to purchase the car, Gene again took the time to make sure we both thoroughly understood the features of our car. At all times, Gene treated us with respect and courtesy, while making sure we got exactly what we wanted. When it came time for the paperwork, Gene introduced us to Julio in Finance. Julio took the excellent customer service Gene gave us and continued the same high level of customer service. The financing was done expertly, with our best interests in mind.
