We drove 100 miles to Tampa to look at another car from another dealer. Not only was that car unavailable (and they did not tell us this despite my confirming the night before that we would be coming) but they didn't seem to care. So we drove over to Mastro to look at WRXs with no real intention on buying that day. After all, why would I buy from a dealer 100+ miles from my house when there are 3 closer dealers? Yet they had a large selection of WRXs (22 at the time) that allowed us to explore the options and find exactly what we likes. Then Joseph took his time - and infinite patience - in showing us the features of the car, a test drive that was more than just a quick drive around the block and worked with us on the numbers. In short, we found a car we loved and a salesperson who was informative and attentive. So we bought it. Julio, despite not having even eaten lunch that day, took the time and care with our paperwork rarely seen by Finance in most dealerships. Our only suggestion is that it really took a while to get through the sales steps but this was on a busy Saturday so that might be way, For prospective buyers, there's a reason this dealership was busy - their reputation precedes them for service and fairness. And I'm not the only one in my family to buy a car there - my sister has two and also raves about this dealership. So despite the fact that they're 100+ miles from our house, they're now our Subaru dealer of choice and I suspect we'll be back in a few years to buy another. More

He did not rush me, told me to take my time and we would take as long as I needed. He did not skimp on walking me through all features. I could not return to purchase for 3 days and he provided everything I needed to complete via email so when I arrived on Saturday everything was ready to go- no surprises. Julio walked me through everything paperwork wise in a very efficient manner. I had some more involved title transfer way that I wanted to proceed and nothing was an issue. By far one of the easiest car purchases I have ever done (and I HATE buying cars). Their customer service was excellent. More

John Bonet, the salesman who dealt with me worked very hard to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. Gabby helped this senior citizen down load apps and went above the call of duty to help me unfreeze my credit. I never felt pressured and my trade in was very well valued so I did not have to sell it to a private owner. Gabby helped me with the radio and even loaded my home address so I made it home safe and sound. I love my new Crosstrek! Color Orange, Florida style!!! It was well worth the drive over the bridge. I have been wanting to own a Subaru for I have owned my Subaru now for 3 months going 4 at the time of this review, and I can not be happier with it. I have been wanting to own a Subaru for sometime and visited this dealer once in 2017, during that visit I didn't find what I wanted and never was I forced or pushed to buy. I returned a year later and spoke with John who practiced the same concept of not pressuring me into a sale. I test drove a car I liked it and John was willing to let me walk away and even call me back if that car was sold and find the right fit for me (color, trim, etc). I appreciated how straight-forward John was in the transaction and felt comfortable in all my choices. I had just as good an experience with Lisa who explained everything I was purchasing with my warranty. I definitely recommend Mastro to you. More
