Had a tire maintenance warning. I had to take time to go to maintenance at Mastro Suburu, a 30 minute drive on toll roads, only to find it was because the computer was not reset. Nothing wrong with car, but took an hour and a half out of my day. Also the tech said he would set the tire pressure readings from Kia to psi. But he didn’t. More

I bought cars for luxury, comfort, upgraded options and very much based on the styling. Two years ago, my husband bought a Subaru Outback from Mastro in Tampa and it has impressed us both so much that I decided I wanted one as well. Andy Casson was my product specialist and he really knows his stuff. I decided on a white Forester with the two tone grey and black interior. I also wanted the option package #32 that includes a Harman Kardon stereo. This is a rare combination but Andy found one and i put a deposit to hold first refusal when it came in. I waited just over a month but it was so worth it. The quality, safety, and value are amazing. It really feels like a $65,000 vehicle instead of a $35,000 one. I highly recommend subaru and if you live in Tampa Bay, go see Andy at Mastro Subaru. I paid cash for my car but there is still much paper work to be done and Julio Ayala, the finance director is so professional and explained everything making the transaction smooth and simple as possible. Mastro is a family owned and operated business and everyone there really seems to care about the customer. A really outstanding product and a really outstanding dealership. More

Kevin was so patient with me and treated me like a member of his family. He never put any pressure on me to purchase a new car. Everyone that I worked with was friendly, informative, professional and honest. Julio A made the paperwork pleasant, my least area to deal with. He explained everything very thoroughly. He actually made it more enjoyable then past experiences I have had., This is a dealership where relationships count...it is not all business! I would recommend them to anyone. More

THIS was an entirely new experience; actually made buying a new car an enjoyable experience. Hunter Thomson McCarthy, Seth Bell, Sean M. and Julio Alaya all together were courteous, helpful, efficient and fun. Did I just say dealing with the Business Manager was, "fun?" Yes, I did! I can't believe it! To top it off, when the new Forrester being delivered needed a slight tweek to center the steering wheel, the Service Advisor, James Revere, listened and understood what I was requesting and he persisted to get it set right for us, even late on a Friday afternoon. Mastro Subaru of Tampa is a 30 mile drive for us, and we have three Subaru dealers much closer. We recommend Mastro Subaru of Tampa, as they're well worth the drive. More

We went to Mastro for service due its proximity to our new residence. We were treated with such courtesy and professionalism that we continued the relationship, ultimately purchasing a new Subaru from Mastro in 1983 and a lovely used legacy in 1995. For reasons that time and poor memory prevent recall, I switched to another brand for some years. Longing for the same level of service I received from Mastro, I have changed many times the competitors' dealerships with which I dealt. Mastro set the dealership bar very high early on in my car buying career, and it has simply not been touched since. We decided it was time for another Subaru. There was no hesitation on our part. We went straight to Mastro where, upon our first visit, I was greeted by Sean, who remembered me from my last visits over 20 years ago! That's the thing about this dealership...they call you a "family member" and treat you like one. My latest buying experience was first-rate from start to finish. I cannot more highly recommend an auto dealership nor brand. More
