I said yes next thing I knew I was purchasing my second car from them. Next Julio Ayala the finance Director stepped in and handed all of the paperwork. The way we expect a car purchase shpuld be handled! We were dreading our visit to a dealership to trade in our car and purchase a new car. The great part of our experience is the friendliness did not end there. Gabbie listened to what we wanted and guided us through the time with her. We choose to come back the next day to do paperwork. We were welcomed again and introduced to Julio who quickly and efficiently got us through all that paper the government requires. He was friendly and got us through the dreaded paperwork. Julio then charmingly took our money. Really. He ran through all of the items on the Buyer's Order Sheet and government requirements.
