He was very honest and upfront with us, going over want I wanted vs what we needed. His knowledge of the car (and Subarus overall) was mind-blowing. I don't think I've ever dealt with a salesperson that knew so much and was so enthusiastic about the product. He wasn't just trying to sell us a car, he was getting us into a vehicle that would comfortably fit a family of 5, and still be fun to drive. Going through all the paperwork, Julio was awesome. He too was direct, honest and treated us cordially and respectfully - making the grueling task of signing all the paperwork a pleasant experience.
