I come here for oil changes. Usually its fairly quick. Today I had an appointment as usual, on a Wednesday morning. We were on time for appointment yet we did not get out of there until almost two hours later. It was just an oil change and visual break inspection, nothing unusual. Not sure why it took so long. It also took me three separate times of calling the dealership to get an appointment, couldn't reach anyone. Previously, someone has always answered. They're friendly, just not quick. Something has changed. More
