Employees are not very helpful. They don't tell you anything unless and until you ask them. Also I always had a prepaid maintenance for my vehicle, whenever I go in for a scheduled service they'll try anything unless and until you ask them. I understand they were short staffed but somebody at least should have greeted us and told us the situation. We allegedly had an appointment with a specific salesman who was not around. The detailing was not complete even though the salesman told the detailer to take care of a few things. Extra accessories were thrown in the back in a jumbled way. At least one window is not clean as it should be. More
