WORST Service ever. Sent home w/faulty TPMS valve/flat tire! BAD HORRIBLE SERVICE...After a Delaware Vehicle inspection 24 hrs before scheduled service.. I was told needed NEW front tires. Upon arrival no one wo BAD HORRIBLE SERVICE...After a Delaware Vehicle inspection 24 hrs before scheduled service.. I was told needed NEW front tires. Upon arrival no one would wait on us, asked to move our car from the service area and service tech parked it out by the street! Husband was quoted price for parts in an email, price was up-charged significantly. More importantly told Greg D. at service desk upon arrival my TPMS light was on even after we stopped and put air in tires on way into service appt. We also gave them both keys... they lost one key for 2 days and claimed I had it only to have them find it after I took a hissy fit the 2nd day. Also, Scott C. of service said I needed 2 new front tires -- I told him TPMS light was on and we had to stop and put air in tires -- but they claimed it was the tires! Wrong I passed in state inspection 24 hours before! Also... upon arriving home we parked the car for about 1 month .. noticed our front tire completely FLAT. Soaped the tire and the valve stem and voila --- TPMS stem is blowing bubbles and is faulty. After 48 hours of xxxx and now a month later my S80 is still not driveable. Service dept clearly did not check the TPMS stems on my car! This is a safety issue that can cause blowouts!! Thank god we have 2 other vehicles, one other volvo too! I will NEVER buy or SERVICE a car from Stillman again. After close to $1,000 bill for oil change, 2 tires and wheel alignment and handle for my trunk -- my car is NOT safe to drive! I am looking at BMW. Have been Volvo loyal since early 2000. Parts counter clerk claimed to be Mr. Stillman's son and said they would rekey a new key if they had in fact lost it. He also claimed on the second day that he could not verify the email prices sent to my husband even with their dept stating it was from Stillman. REALLY!! However, they found it only after I had to press them and they knew they had it... is it disgruntled employees? It's a shame this dealership is going down hill. The only nice person was Celine in the front showroom as we both looked under all the chairs -- searched the parking lot for the key ... as service thought it funny -- they had it the whole time! More importantly I drove away in a car that could have a blow out. Thank god we didn't drive it and it was garaged until today June 25. Which was 1 month after service!!! More

During the few days we waited for the car to arrive, she emailed us information about available maintenance plans and costs, finalized down payment info, and informed us of our trade-in value. She told us exactly what time we could pick up our new car and had all the paperwork ready for signatures when we arrived. It was the easiest car purchase we’ve ever made. Relatable. Absolutely no pressure. Very good advice Scott is an opal you might rarely find within a great dealership.
