Brad Stillman and Denise McElhiney were extremely helpful and excited to play a part to make our experience a memorable one. The V90 is a luxury ride with the HP of a sports car. Helpful with unanticipated car purchase Just two days shy of leaving for a lengthy business trip in Europe, my S60 (purchased only one year ago from Stillman Volvo) was totaled by an intoxic Just two days shy of leaving for a lengthy business trip in Europe, my S60 (purchased only one year ago from Stillman Volvo) was totaled by an intoxicated driver while parked . Dealing with insurance among other items was a hassle while out of the country, car shopping included. Knowing I wanted another Volvo, Stillman's inventory page was my first place to look where I found a mint condition pre-owned XC70. I immediately contacted Scott and explained to him my situation, where he went to great lengths to reserve the car for a drive as I would not be landing in Philadelphia for another few days. Since this was not really a "happy" car buying experience, Scott made every effort to bring light to the situation. Needless to say, I fell in love with the car and everything was in order for a timely delivery the very next morning. As long as I live in the Greater Philadelphia area I cannot envision using any other dealer. More

Honest AND Effortless Car Buying Experience Ever!! Great Lunch Hour experience with NO FOOD! That's how effortless this car buying experience was! Scott AND the whole dealership was even nice to my dog!! When my vehicle came in, i was given regular updates all the way until the car was mine! Scott's professional mannerisms were over the top, every step of the way! When we got there my car was in the showroom!! Talk about presentation!! Still makes me smile even thinking about it! Got a fair deal on my Land Rover and Angelo was just as nice and professional and NOT over the top with trying to get us to buy the many warranties that were available! A Job well done! Excellent Experience Purchasing Volvo CPO David immediately made my wife & me very comfortable with our decision to purchase a CPO Volvo. We originally drove 1.5 hrs to look at a particular S60, but ended up with an even better one. He showed us all the S60s on the lot and compared each spec. There were a couple items that needed fixing/replacing & they were done without question & quickly. I got the car home & had a radio module problem...I called & had it replaced the same day! Excellent sales & service all around! Special shout out to Neal in service for squeezing me in to replace the radio module & make my car whole again. Also, stop in & see David...you won’t regret it. I’d recommend Stillman Volvo to everyone looking to purchase and/or service a Volvo. You just can’t beat them! More

Quick and Efficient Service! I had brought my vehicle in to get an oil change and state inspection done. It turns out I needed to have 2 of my tires replaced in order to pass I had brought my vehicle in to get an oil change and state inspection done. It turns out I needed to have 2 of my tires replaced in order to pass inspection because they were too worn. They let me keep the loaner while they ordered new tires for me because it was an aftermarket model that they didn't stock. I didn't mind because I was able to test the new XC60 loaner some more. I stopped a few minutes before they opened the next morning to pick up my vehicle. I like being first in line so I could head straight to work. As I pulled in, a few other customers pulled into the dealer shortly after I had arrived. Seeing the long line of customers, the service manager opened the door a few mins shy of 7a so they could start helping customers. Mike had checked me out in less than a minute and I was on my way. YAY for great efficient customer service. Stillman Volvo for Life! More
