On the day the car came in Nicole stayed EXTRA late with with us to go over every feature of our new xc40 with out rushing the process at all. It was a particularly stressful week for us with my wife graduating and family coming in from everywhere, and Nicole made sure the process was as stress free as possible (even giving my wife a much needed hug when she saw her stressed out).
