My name is Donna, and I am the proud new owner of a 2018 Toyota Tundra 4x4 SR5 Crew Max, XP. My journey to find this truck did not originally start at your dealership, but I am greatly pleased that this is where it ended. After getting numerous run arounds with other dealerships, who were not so eager to work diligently to make my dream of owning this truck a reality; I found myself driving 2 hours to look at one that was on your lot. My immediate response from a member of your team (via my internet search and response on your website) found me leaving work early to claim what would be my new vehicle. When I pulled into the lot I was immediately approached by an enthusiastic Sales Consultant by the name of Cassandra Quiroz. She listened to my truck requests, must have and small demands. She was eager to get me quickly into a truck I told her I knew I wanted. During our test drive, she began to ask all the appropriate and pertinent questions that would help her understand what it was that I wanted, was looking for and what would be the perfect vehicle to meet my needs. She preceded to explain items that I would not have even thought to ask. Her knowledge of not only the vehicle, handling capabilities, specifications and all perks associated with just owning a Toyota from your lot, was superb. Our test drive did not take long as I knew I was going to do everything that I could, to leave the lot that night with this truck. Cassandra knew too, that the mission was on to make this dream a reality. While beginning the process of all of the information gathering, calls to my bank your team made me feel like I was the most important purchase of the day. With help of the General Sales Manager, Kelly Staples and Finance Manager, Jasent JJ Jurgense, as well as Cassandra. I knew that I had come to the right place. Each of the team members were professional and made the overall buying experience effortless and pleasant. My own personal bank and 24 hour support they were giving us, I could not say the same about. But thanks to the diligence of your team, I was able to leave that night with more than I had originally set out for. I will go on to explain, this was not only running up to closing time for the employees, it was a Friday night and I still had a two-hour drive back home. The team at Stevenson Toyota, stayed until the very end (2 hours after closing time) to make this purchase a reality for me. I finally left the dealership around 10:15 pm, with a new outlook on car salesman, and dealerships. I left there, with excitement and appreciation of the professionalism I was given and the respect that was shown. My next venture if I choose to ever trade this truck in (only probably for a new model) will most definitely start with you all next time. Most of the time I dread this experience because of the high-pressure tactics used by most sales associates. We were fortunate to have Doug Donnelly as our sales associate. He was awesome throughout this process. He never used high pressure tactics with us and was patient with us, even as we wavered back and forth about which car to buy. He answered every question we had and let us drive several cars to help us decide which car we liked best. In fact, Doug went beyond what was expected. While my son and his wife bought a car, I almost bought one myself. My wife and I eventually decided that a second car was not needed at this time. When I told Doug what we had decided, he was a total professional about it and said he understood and that he only wanted us to be happy with our car. You can bet that when I do need another car I will be giving Doug a call. He is an outstanding sales associate and a credit to your dealership! He followed up with our daughter-in-law the next day after her purchase just to make sure she was happy and to see if there were any issues with the car. Outstanding Buying Experience Yesterday I bought a new Tacoma from Stevenson Toyota and it was the possibly the most enjoyable and hassle free automotive buying experience I have e Yesterday I bought a new Tacoma from Stevenson Toyota and it was the possibly the most enjoyable and hassle free automotive buying experience I have experienced. This is the 3rd Toyota I have bought from various dealers and my experience with the brand was the major driver for looking at this truck when I was ready to replace my existing truck. I found a truck I was interested in on their web site and spoke to Richard Harrington with internet sales who quoted a price that made it worth my time to drive from Wilmington. Richard introduced me to Doug Donnelly, who demonstrated the vehicle and answered my questions. Doug is very friendly and professional and has great knowledge of the vehicles. Doug handled the details of the purchase in manner that made a normally frustrating experience for me, a trouble free and enjoyable experience. My trade in was valued an amount that I felt was fair to me and the dealer. I was pleasantly surprised that this part of the transaction went so smoothly. I would also like to commend Jacent Jurgensen the finance man I dealt with, he took the time to explain all of the details of the financing and extended warranty and necessary paper work in a manner that I could easily understand..
