Great dealership! Me and my husband went in to just get one vehicle but came out with 2! One for each of us, aj, and Doug and bob were very helpful and very nice! I would recommend to anyone. Only thing i didnt like was i had to come back every single day for the next 5 days to do something else, weather it was sign another paper, or copy of my marriage certificate, pay stubs, title or whatever, i wish they asked me for all of that just once so we didnt have to keep stoping by everyday. Also had to come back 2 different times for our check and plates (which is understandable) But overall i would recommend, and had a good experience since we both got new cars with payments we could afford! FIRST TIME BUYER EXPERIENCE HASSLE FREE It was my first time buying a car from a dealership, I have always been skeptical about the dealerships I felt as if its just one of those places that It was my first time buying a car from a dealership, I have always been skeptical about the dealerships I felt as if its just one of those places that I had to go in with my guard up or they (salespeople) will attack me on all sides to get to what they want, I have felt that way until I came to this dealership. I walked in a was kindly greeted by Steven Kirchhoff, this individual made my buying experience smooth and easy. First, Steven had to gather information from me such as if there is any vehicle I wanted or my preferences inside the vehicles (gas mileage, color, auto or manual) then after concluding everything he recommended me to the 2018 Toyota Corolla we went ahead and checked it out and I was beyond satisfied with it. Next, we went ahead and ran my credit, after moments later he came back with the results of my monthly payments! I went ahead and went with the decision to lease the car for 36 months at only $156 a month which for me was a win situation because that is way under what I have budgeted for monthly. He then leads me to the financial manager's office and I sign couple official documents and after that took place I walked out and Steven was there to walk me out to my new car. Steven even got into the car with me and showed me exactly some of the cool functions the new Toyota Corolla has and how to turn them on or off, he even assisted with pairing my Bluetooth, he then broke down exactly the benefits I had with toyotacare. After all that took place there was nothing else left for me, therefore, I shook his hand and drove away with a smile back home. During the time Steven and I were having small talks with each other he mentioned to me "I have never lied to my customers I only want what is the best deal for them". I genuinely believe that statement he made he shows that with the actions he's taken and the words he had said to me. I am grateful that my first-time car buying experience was worry free and there are dealerships like this one around. More
