I actually reached out to him when I saw that he has the highest ratings on here. It was a super smart decision! He is seamless in making you feel important and valued. Instead of feeling like I was working against him and the dealership I felt like he was on my team to get me the best deal he could. His sales manager Ray Calhoun was incredibly polite and personable. I didn’t get the sleezy vibe you get from most car salesman from anyone at this place. They were genuine and very helpful. The finance manager JJ wasn’t pushy on upselling is. I felt like he was informative and fair. In fact I’m excited to have done business here so that I can continue to come here. The waiting area is really very nice. All in all I walked out with the exact vehicle I wanted, below my wanted price point and payment. I would absolutely recommend this dealership. Unlike quite a few “those who shall not be named” in Jacksonville this facility didn’t make me regret trying to buy a vehicle in a military town. More
