Lies & Deceit Among Smiles Lied about information leading to purchase. Put title under co buyer name & address in which lives across the U.S. Dealership had to get my driver's l Lied about information leading to purchase. Put title under co buyer name & address in which lives across the U.S. Dealership had to get my driver's license twice and the supposed co buyer's license twice due to not finding it; even though they scanned them both times. All my car/finance information has been sent to the co buyer's address in which she is not home due to being stationed elsewhere because of the military. Salesman had no information about the car as well, so he had someone give him answers every time I asked a general question. Also above everything else, I received my license plate after my 8th call talking to someone which would mark about 2 month later after purchasing. The expiration date for temp was due a month prior. My experience here was terrible and wished I hadn't bought the car here. Since the purchase, they have treated me like there is nothing they can do about anything with errors they've provided. When I would call them, I was usually told they would call me back and never did. I really hope this will help put an end to someone else getting the shaft like I did. This needs to be known.. My information seems to just be passed along and lost with no whereabouts or care. Everything about this transaction seems unprofessional & disrespectful through a smile. I will no longer be buying anything through Stevenson & hope this will put though into someone else before going here. More

I finally decided to visit Stevenson Toyota expecting to get the same treatment. I was totally blown away with the friendliest sales staff I have every have the opportunity to meet. I really did not expect to walk in and leave in a brand new car at the price I wanted in one day. The salesman RJ Funcke has truly restored my confidence, that there are still very good car salesmen out there and Stevenson Toyota Scion is the place to find them. Incoherent maintenance department Recieve a safety recall on airbag for 2005 toyota tundra. Stopped by this dealership to arrange a scheduled service to address airbag recall. Maintena Recieve a safety recall on airbag for 2005 toyota tundra. Stopped by this dealership to arrange a scheduled service to address airbag recall. Maintenance rep indicated airbag part was not an issue. Did not want to waste my time so I scheduled an appointment a week out that would address not only the airbag recall but also two minor trim piece replacements that I wanted accomplished and a brake inspection. Trim parts needed to be ordered so the scheduled appointment was set pending parts arrival at dealership. I also requested a loaner vehicle so that I could drop the vehicle off at the appointed date and continue on with my life. Maintenance rep said to call the the day prior to scheduled appointment to check on loaner vehicle. I was called by a dealershhip service rep the day prior to my scheduled appointment. I confirmed with them that all required parts where available for service and the appointment for the following day. I also asked about the loaner vehicle. Service rep could no find the maintenance rep that I had arranged my appointment with but did indicate she would have a maintenance rep call me to confirm the loaner vehicle. I recieved no call. The following day I arrived as scheduled at the dealership and was recieved by a different maintenance rep. The vehicle was recieved for service, no loaner vehicle was made available as requested and the rep informed me after trim piece installation that the part for the airbag recall would need to be ordered and I would have to make yet another trip an hour away with another appointment to this dealership. Really? Why did I waste my time scheduling concurrent maintenance a week out and then confirming parts availability prior? The service rep did a very polite and apolegetic job of describing the departmental failures that stranding me at the dealership for 4 hours without accomplishing the scheduled maintenance while signing me up for another scheduled waste of time at a later date. Nice guy but I really don't care for an apology. I would rather have executed compentence especially after I lobbed them a softball a week out and confirmed with the department availability of parts. Think this is small potatoes for this dealership? Think again. My last experience with them involved a three day process for $4000 dollars worth of air induction pump and air induction valve maintenance that left me stranded in their lobby or the side of the road for days. To be clear, I have no issue the the mechanics or the the maintenance they accomplished, its the departmental time sink of inefficient and deceptive coordination with the customer that eats me. I'll be driving anouther hour and a half beyond this dealership for my next toyota maintenance effort. More
