My car was in service and I was looking at the different vehicles that were in the showroom. She brought up several other cars for me to look at. She listened to what I wanted in a vehicle. I did not buy that day. Again, she was not pushy. The next afternoon I texted her and told her I wanted the car and to have everything ready for me at 6:00 pm. Everything was handled via text. I walked I with my granddaughter and signed the papers. I had actually walked out of two other dealerships because of arrogance! More

Outstanding service for the last 8 years! My family and I would like to thank Stevenson Toyota for their wonderful and outstanding service these last eight years. I was deployed to Iraq as a My family and I would like to thank Stevenson Toyota for their wonderful and outstanding service these last eight years. I was deployed to Iraq as a Marine in 2007, and my beautiful wife bought our first Toyota, a Tundra, before my return much to my surprise (and enthusiasm!) Shortly after buying the Tundra, I received orders for Japan, and as soon as we got back we went straight to Stevenson and bought a used 2007 Camry. Through these last eight years we've had a few minor bumps or bruises with both of our Toyotas, but Stevenson Toyota smoothes it all over and takes care of my family every time. The service and friendliness at Stevenson Toyota is fantastic. We service both our Toyota's for every oil change at Stevenson, and the service department is absolutely outstanding in every respect. I would especially like to thank Robert. We have been dealing with Robert since at least 2011, (I am fairly sure he was there in 2007 as well...) and he is an absolute professional in every sense. Robert always makes sure everything is done right, and works with us to make sure our vehicles are running perfectly. We also recently worked with Edwin, and had the pleasure to meet with Stevenson's lead mechanic as well, both very professional, friendly and helpful, willing to answer all of our questions and do everything possible to make sure both our Toyota's were running perfectly. In fact, all the service employee's we have worked with at Stevenson Toyota always go the extra mile for us whenever we are there. When we are ready to purchase another Toyota, we will be looking to Stevenson Toyota. Thank you for taking care of our family. More

Interest Rate Drama... We literally just walked out of this dealership about an hour ago and the experience was mixed. We LOVED R.J. Sterling, the salesman. He was very thor We literally just walked out of this dealership about an hour ago and the experience was mixed. We LOVED R.J. Sterling, the salesman. He was very thorough through the entire process and tried to help us get down to the payments we were comfortable with. We couldn't quite get there, but again, he tried. He didn't try to feed us some BS and he just seemed like a nice guy instead of a smarmy sales person. There was a miscommunication with our interest rate, but we were still able to get a pretty awesome rate. And even though we are a little over than what we wanted, we are still happy with the SUV. Now, I say there was a mixed experience because even though we loved R.J, the financial guy was kind of an a**. I know he was doing his job but he just seemed like he was looking down on us because we couldn't afford the bumper to bumper AND the GAP insurance together. Our payments were already higher than what we wanted and it would have been even higher with both of those things added. Also, I didn't realize this before because I wasn't in the room when my husband signed the paperwork but the cash price of the car is $1,000 higher than what was agreed on before with R.J. But now that we already signed and drove away it really doesn't matter because we are stuck with what was signed. I am going to assume it was an oversight on Calvin and not a manipulation because they gave us more on our trade in, so in order to make up for that, they added back the $1,000 to the price of the SUV in order to re-coup what happened with the interest rate error. So, all in all, I'd say excellent salesman in R.J. and I definitely recommend him to anyone else who is needing a new car. Even with the miscommunication, he was repentant and apologized for it and that is all we can ask for because everyone makes mistakes. More
