Purchased a new 2022 high end truck, sales tried to jack the price 10k over msrp, shut that down. Then onto service which started well with a really good advisor, then that fell off the rails, forgetting ap the price 10k over msrp, shut that down. I reached out to the general manager, (useless) the lack for communication starts from the top down, now I see the issue is with the GM Scott J, he provides lip service by replying to negative reviews online like this one! I think that’s his only job as it’s sure not responding to dissatisfied customers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP, there’s plenty of others to choose from. More

Major Bait and Switch. Had a ZL1 up for 1400 under MSRP. Read the fine print, got a text from sales and it even confirmed the price. Sent me pictures of the car.
