A little after the 1.5 hr mark, I went to see the service representative who told me he had to check the status of my car... he came back telling me it would be another 30 minutes (which I understood as they had not even started working on my car yet!). I came back about 45 minutes after that and could not find him. When I came back at the 3hr mark, and found him, he still did not know if my car was done! I wish there was another dealer closer to me because I would switch in a heartbeat! More
When I called the service department of the Stevens Creek Chevrolet dealership, I got an appointment for an oil change the very next day. That's great. Even though I forget to mention in the call that I just Chevrolet dealership, I got an appointment for an oil change the very next day. That's great. Even though I forget to mention in the call that I just want to wait in the waiting room till my car is ready (~2 hours), I ask there if I just could wait even if it takes 2.5-3 hours (I brought my laptop to work there). It was okay, I got my car after back after about 2 hours (I did not even finish the work I planned to do on my laptop). Overall - Great experience. More

this dealership has no after hours key drop box. Are they still living in the 1980's where a stay at home spouse could make a car drop off during working hours? This was very inconvenient for me. Ev Are they still living in the 1980's where a stay at home spouse could make a car drop off during working hours? This was very inconvenient for me. Even still I was able to drop my van off within 3 minutes of closing time....even spoke with someone about my prearranged service time and where to park the van. My servicer appointment was Friday at 8:20am the next day. I didn't get a service repair description and quote until Monday, at 11:30am. The delay reminded me of a Seinfeld episode when the airport rent a car company took his reservation but in the end rented the car to some one else. This dealership estimate was nearly 2 times hire than what I found in a local mechanic shop. I arranged to have the van towed. I spoke on the phone with the service rep at the dealership informing her of my plans to tow the van but would not be there to conduct any necessary paperwork. She was OK with that but neglected to inform me of my final bill and give instructions for payment. Her negligence resulted in the tow truck driver being delayed once he got there and they would not release the van without payment. The tower ended up paying my dealership bill to move the process along. Needless to say I was embarrassed about the imposition on the tow truck driver. Its like this dealership opperates as if in the 1980s but the service manager on the phone still didn't even know how to finish up with a customer in a seamless manner. Ironically, one aspect of her service that was more like 2020 was her request at the end of every phone call asking me if I was satisfied with the results of the phone conversation. More
Bryan was very good at letting us know what was going to happen and keeping in touch. I was surprised, considering how extremely busy he was. Chevrolet of Stevens Creek and Dennis Lowe have both been indispensable in my meticulous care of my 2006 Corvette Convertible. I bought a second hand car, the day I took the car from Chevrolet the tyre pressure light turned on. I spoke to Omar Abusager (from sales) about it and he told me to take my car back to Chevrolet. I did so Chevrolet the tyre pressure light turned on. I spoke to Omar Abusager (from sales) about it and he told me to take my car back to Chevrolet. I did so and I was told the pieces were going to be shipped there and then I'd be called in to replace them. I never got that called from Omar or anyone in the team. I had to call Omar a few times, he said he was going to check with his manager, team... and give me a call back, which it never happened. It seemed like Chevrolet had no intention at all of replacing them. Additionally to the tyre sensor light, the engine started failing 6 months after I purchased it. I went to Chevrolet Stevens Creek again and spoke to Jesika Irvin, who is supposed to be a service advisor and Paul Duran, Sales Director. They told me to take it to some other workshop, that they will not take care of it. Both pretended to be very cooperative by telling me they will take care of the tyre sensor light, both gave me their business card and asked me to reach out to them, which I did, but obviously I had no answer from any of them. It looks like it might be a corporate strategy, since they did the same as Omar Abusager did 6 months earlier. Definitely I will never recommend anyone to buy anything from this company More
