Walked into Sayville Ford on long Island and stood around for 30 minutes. No one said a word to us. We then went to Stevens Ford and Alex greeted us before the door even finished closing. Marianna made what could have been a stressful experience feel exciting, easy, and enjoyable! What stood out most was how kind the entire staff was. Even the employees who weren’t directly involved in our sale went out of their way to say hello, offer help, and make us feel welcome.
