We had such an amazing experience at Stevens 112 Ford! Marianna was truly incredible from beginning to end. She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and never made us feel pressured or rushed. She took the time to answer all of our questions, explain everything clearly, and make sure we felt completely comfortable with my decision. She kept us updated throughout the entire process and genuinely cared about helping us find the right vehicle not just making a sale. Marianna made what could have been a stressful experience feel exciting, easy, and enjoyable! What stood out most was how kind the entire staff was. Even the employees who weren’t directly involved in our sale went out of their way to say hello, offer help, and make us feel welcome. You can tell that everyone at Stevens 112 works together as a team and truly cares about their customers. Lisa was also wonderful and incredibly patient while helping me with the billing and paperwork. Thank you so much to Marianna and the entire staff at Stevens 112 for making this such a positive and memorable experience. We absolutely love our new Bronco and would highly recommend Marianna and this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle! More

I’m 63 years old and have bought many cars in my lifetime. This was by far the best experience I’ve had buying a car! CJ was my salesperson and was extremely efficient! This isn’t the typical dealership where you feel high pressured and like you’re just a number, the energy there is very sincere, warm and welcoming. We talked budget, and even worked a spreadsheet to lay out the numbers with them, and all on the up and up, no na experiences went exactly the same.
