She took the time to answer all of our questions, explain everything clearly, and make sure we felt completely comfortable with my decision. She kept us updated throughout the entire process and genuinely cared about helping us find the right vehicle not just making a sale. Marianna made what could have been a stressful experience feel exciting, easy, and enjoyable!
What stood out most was how kind the entire staff was. Even the employees who weren’t directly involved in our sale went out of their way to say hello, offer help, and make us feel welcome. You can tell that everyone at Stevens 112 works together as a team and truly cares about their customers. Lisa was also wonderful and incredibly patient while helping me with the billing and paperwork.
