I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent service we received at your shop for our company vehicles. On 5/15/24, we brought in one of our company cars for repairs. Unfortunately the recent service we received at your shop for our company vehicles. On 5/15/24, we brought in one of our company cars for repairs. Unfortunately, despite being at your shop for an entire week, the vehicle was never even inspected. On 5/19/24, we dropped off a second company car. We were initially informed that the inspection would be completed by Thursday or Friday of that same week. However, after multiple calls and conflicting information, the completion date was pushed back to Monday morning. Unfortunately, even that deadline was not met, and the car wasn't ready until Monday evening. Throughout this process, we felt like our concerns were not being addressed, and our vehicles were given low priority. The delays caused significant disruption to our business operations. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and provide a detailed explanation for the unacceptable delays experienced with both vehicles. We value having a reliable auto repair shop for our company vehicles. However, based on this experience, the service provided fell far short of our expectations. I did my oil service a this location & i asked for the advertised free alignment check. Almost everything came red so i decided to come back for the alignment service, when they gave me the paper that sho advertised free alignment check. Almost everything came red so i decided to come back for the alignment service, when they gave me the paper that shows the before & after, the before picture of the free alignment check did not match the before picture of the alignment of the service. I did not need an alignment yet, at least not until the next oil service, but the free alignment check showed all red, so it led me to do it sooner. I told them my concerns about it & they even accepted it could've wait & but never accepted that i was misled to spend my money sooner. Just be careful & make sure you actually need a service & check twice for everything they recommend you to do on your car. More
Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly and bent over backwards to help me get a car I love! They also took great care of my mom and dad who happened to be with me for the process.
