I wanted to trade my 2009 Chevy Avalanche in for a 2011 Tahoe. According to Kelly Blue Book, I owed a little bit more the what the website valued my truck for. The company purchases all their work trucks from the Fleet Manager Mike Fossett Meeting Mike for the first time was a breath of fresh air. He was welcoming! He sat down with me, listened to me, and most importantly 'shot me straight'. After test driving a few Tahoe's, I found the one that just right. Mike had my Avalanche appraised, worked out all the pricing and in about one hour I was leaving in my new Tahoe LTZ I am extremely happy with the friendly customer service I received not only from Mike but from Susan Brown the Finance Manager as well. Mike found the car I wanted and Susan set up the financing I needed to make the deal!
