Steve Rayman has been advertising heavily that they are a dealership that works with people with credit issues. I have to say that their staff went over and beyond to get us in a great new vehicle with a go dealership that works with people with credit issues. I have to say that their staff went over and beyond to get us in a great new vehicle with a good rate and terms that fit our needs. From completing the intial application online and the first phone call from Amber this morning I knew we made a good decision. She was polite and very helpful in making sure that we had all of the information that they would need before we made the trip to the dealership. When we arrived at the dealership Rick promptly started working for us and the management staff did the same. I appreciate the efforts of each of the employees that we interacted with during the process. We can't complain about anything and I am very excited to have found a dealership that we will be able to purchase from in the future. More

Was disappointed in the salesperson the prior day after already purchasing the vehicle as he was not as friendly like the day of purchase was a PUT ON to get you to purchase a vehicle. What an amazing experience! My wife and I went there nervous and anxious. We both have had poor experiences in Car Dealeships in the past, but this was different, way different. From the moment we pulled up, we were meeted, greeted, and treated like VIP clients the entire time. NO SALES GAMES! You know, the "appraise your old car for 3 hours" trick, while your sales rep goes back and forth to his manager 15 times trying to negotiate the lease rate. That didn't happen. As a matter of fact, I've NEVER gotten into a new car so quickly in my life, and this is my 8th vehicle. After 3 back-to-back Hondas, I told my wife, "American Made and Fuel Efficient". Nailed it! 2012 Chevy Cruze Eco. With only my trade-in, they got me into the fully-loaded "Mother of all Cruze Ecos" for the price of the Base Eco. I am a happy camper. More

So here is my story...2002 Montecarlo in good body condition and 171,000 miles...transmission failing...i love the car, so after discussing this issue with my service manager Tim Whitton, who has been condition and 171,000 miles...transmission failing...i love the car, so after discussing this issue with my service manager Tim Whitton, who has been my go to man for 9 years, i decided to pay $3000 to replace transmission last August...everything was OK until December when I heard metal scraping from under the hood...took car back to dealership...had to rent a car at my expense, but if it was the transmission, labor and parts was totally covered under the 100,000 mile warranty..car rental was not covered...i didn't understand why I had to pay for the car rental since the transmission certainly should not have failed me in that short time. Transmission was repaired in 3 days. 3 days of car rental at my expense = $116. Here comes the good part...Billy (Supervisor) told me that since I was a loyal customer, they would try to work something out for me, perhaps sharing the cost of my car rental. To my surprise, in the mail, I received a check from Steve Rayman Chevrolet for $116, which was full reimbursement for the car rental. That really did exceed my expectation...On a final note, I really do believe in Tim and Billy, that they do want customers like me to remain loyal. Thank you guys ! More
