Would Drive 7 Hours Again We were out of town visiting family when we had a problem with our van. The service dept was willing to see us right away and quickly diagnosed the problem and worked us in to get it fixed first thing the next morning. After some discussion we decided to look at the new vans. Norman was GREAT! He helped us get all the features we needed at the price we needed. He understood our needs and didn't try to up-sell us. He also made a long process much more bearable with two small children and made their day by giving them balloons. Even the business manager was very easy to deal with. He understood we didn't want extra options and didn't try to talk us into them. We would definitely go back to Norman for our next vehicle even though it's a 7 hour trip! More

I dealt with most helpful and most kind, caring people I ever have. The sales rep, Norman Lang, helped me to get a new car and new credit established easier than it has ever been. He didn't push me to get a car either. He listened to every word I said and helped guide me in the right direction and when it time to decide, he waited until I was ready instead of hounding me about it. The guy that approves the loan was excellent too. His name was Tim and he did everything he could to ensure I had the best deal. By far the best experience ever. I would recommend Steve Jones Chrysler in Owensboro , KY to anybody that looking for a great experience in their car search. More

Nightmare This place was a nightmare to try and make a deal with. I went to look at a used Ram that the dealership has advertised for 4 months. When we sat down to look at numbers, they stuck on several extra fees plus a warranty that cost several thousand dollars. After that, they were unwilling to come a dollar off of their asking price, but tried to tell me they came down several thousand when it was just the warranty being taken off. After that, they printed out a plain piece of paper with what they claimed they had paid for the truck, and that their asking price was them taking a loss. It was all LIES and SCAMS! The place was a joke and they think you are an idiot. Only go here if you want to pay full asking price plus ridiculous fees for them to hand you the title for the car. More

Norman Lang's level of Customer Service is beyond Amazing! I was afraid of going to a car dealership to try to buy a vehicle because of bad experiences with other car dealerships in the past. For someone w I was afraid of going to a car dealership to try to buy a vehicle because of bad experiences with other car dealerships in the past. For someone with little or no credit, most dealerships and sales people don't give you the time of day, and if they do, then you end up with a really bad deal to say the least. Well, that is not the case with Norman Lang. I was blown away by his drive and skill in getting me the vehicle that I wanted, within the price budget that I was hoping for. He is super personable and makes the customer feel as if they are the most important reason that he is there selling cars. You get a sense that his genuine purpose is to do right by the customer, and make dreams come true by getting them the vehicle that they really want. All through the buying process, he was friendly and professional. During my test drive, I had my 5 year old daughter in the back seat riding with us, and we had to pull over to make an emergency bathroom break for her and Norman ran inside the gas station to get the bathroom key so I could stay with my daughter. It's just a lot of little things that he does that shows he is attuned to the needs of others, and that he is really a special person. I am recommending him to everyone I know who might be wanting to get a new or used car. I know another reviewer has already said this about Norman, but it is worth repeating because it is so true... He really does restore your faith in "car sales men", and in the car buying process. It doesn't have to be an intimidating experience. Norman proved that it can actually be quite enjoyable. I know women, especially, worry that they will be taken advantage of when trying to buy a car. I urge those women to go talk to Norman. He will work to put their mind at ease, and I feel confident that he will always work to get the best deal for everyone that comes to him. And he will put the time in that it takes to get a deal for those people (like I was) that can't get a deal (or at least a decent deal) from other dealerships. If you can believe it in today's world, Norman's motivation is treating people right - not the all-mighty dollar. Go to him if you need to buy a car. You won't be able to find anyone who will treat you better, or find you the best deal. I believe that with all my heart. Worst service EVER!! I have never received worst service from a dealership. From the time we bought our van (less than 2 years ago) we have had one problem after the other I have never received worst service from a dealership. From the time we bought our van (less than 2 years ago) we have had one problem after the other. I have brought it in 4 times with complaints about the A/C, all of which they blew me off and said that they couldn't find anything wrong with it. Less than a month after my most recent visit about the A/C, we had a stay in the hospital 2 hours away with our toddler daughter. When we got in the van to drive home, the A/C was completely out and it was 90 degrees outside! We had to drive our very sick child 2 hours in a very hot car to get her home. We returned with the van to the dealership and they found the compressor was bad. I have a feeling that the reason they did not find this issue the previous 4 times I complained about the A/C was because of the fact that it was difficult to get to. 3 days later, I arrived to pick my van back up, only to find the dashboard had multiple (very noticeable) large paint chips in the front of the dash. I had to go back into the dealership get the technician and show him. There was no apology at all! He jotted a few notes and said he would call me when the parts were in to replace it. In between times of checking the A/C, I had my rear brakes replaced. I asked them to check the front brakes and replace those as well, if necessary. I was told they were fine. Upon driving away from the dealership, the brakes barely worked. I had to return and have them correct the issue. (Again, no apology!) Later that day I noticed that the brakes were worse than before I replaced them. I called and they said I would have to come back and have the front brakes replaced! A simple brake replacement took 3 trips and left me in a dangerous situation. The service department does not seem like they care at all about customer service! I will NEVER recommend this dealership or their service department to anyone! If I ever need warranty work performed again, I will drive over 30 miles away to the next closest Chrysler Dealership. More
