Norman Lang has restored my faith in car dealerships I can't say enough how pleased I was with the service at Steve Jones. Primarily my experience with Norman Lang. He is an honest Christian man that happens to sale cars and let me tell you, we need more "Norman Lang's" in the business. I hope Steve Jones recognizes how much of an asset Norman is to the company because he not only sold me on a brand new Dodge Dart but he gained a lifelong customer. Bad experience We bought 2013 used Town and Country van at Steve Jones Owensboro Ky. When we finally signed for our car we could not tell you who our sales person w We bought 2013 used Town and Country van at Steve Jones Owensboro Ky. When we finally signed for our car we could not tell you who our sales person was. We dealt with 7 people with the manager having to ok the deal. They did take care of two bad places on body of car which was in the deal. Also they did get us another key which all this was ask for before we signed deal. We had to take it two times before both places on car was fixed. When we got on road at a highway speed, our car shimmed we took it back to them they balanced the tires which we paid $47 dollars to have done. When we got home we noticed 3 different brands of tires on our car with very loud road noise, called them back on it, a manager by the name of Robert called me said this was not right and he would check into it. When we took it back to dealership they did not know what we were talking about. Did not take care of our tires. Very scaracatic the manger said they would treat us better on next deal. We started with Tyler very nice guy, then another young guy took over from there, then another one , did not remember his name .Then Darin a very nice sales person, Grace was very nice. Angel was very good. None of these had authority to take care of our tires. Corey very nice after I complained one our back mats were missing. John the manager tried to tell me that they did not come with back row mats,sent a guy out to prove me wrong, He found out he was wrong and Corey made this right. . More

You can really tell he enjoys making a difference in peoples lives. More dealerships need staff just like him, and more people would buy vehicles. Montez made it easy I'd you go to Steve Jones, seek out Montez Walls. He's not hard to find because he's about 6'9". Despite his size, he's not intimidating at all. Her personality stands out among the rest, she's so kind and caring and she has called me almost every week since buying the Jeep to check-in and see how things are going for us!!! I do have some complaints in regards to the process and the others we dealt with but ALAURA deserves a 5 Star plus rating!!!
