WE STOPPED AT THE DEALERSHIP (STEVE JONES JEEP) TO SEE IF THEY HAD GOTTEN THE NEW JEEP CHEROKEE IN YET. THEY DID HAVE ONE AND BRIAN (OUR SALESMAN) APPROACHED US AND DID SUCH A GREAT JOB OF EXPLAINING THIS THEY HAD GOTTEN THE NEW JEEP CHEROKEE IN YET. THEY DID HAVE ONE AND BRIAN (OUR SALESMAN) APPROACHED US AND DID SUCH A GREAT JOB OF EXPLAINING THIS CAR TO US WITH NO PRESSURE WHATSOEVER. THIS IS A BRAND NEW JEEP MODEL AND HE WAS WELL VERSED AND ABLE TO ANSWER ALL OF THE QUESTIONS WE HAD. WE WERE ABLE TO TEST DRIVE THE CAR AND REALLY LIKED IT. THE PRICE WAS NEGOTIATED AND WE ENDED UP DRIVING IT HOME. BRIAN CALLED US SATURDAY EVENING TO SEE IF ALL WAS WELL. WE WERE IMPRESSED WITH HIS SINCEREITY. Norman worked extremely hard to find me the perfect car for my firm price range. He went above and beyond and was extremely friendly to my 7 year old son, my husband and myself. My experience with this dealer was very good. They came to me with a monthly payment on the vehicle I purchased, which was more than what I could afford. They worked with me to get the payment down to an a to me with a monthly payment on the vehicle I purchased, which was more than what I could afford. They worked with me to get the payment down to an acceptable amount, which included offering me $1,000 more on my trade than what they originally offered me. They even worked closely with the lending company to get me a lower interest rate and longer term. When I bought the vehicle I did not purchase a warranty with it, which was a big mistake on my part. Two days after having the vehicle it began to stall under various driving conditions. I took it back to the dealership and they put my vehicle in the shop and fixed it free of charge, even though they had no legal responsibility to do so. I would say that my experience overall was very pleasing as I got a vehicle I love, a good deal on my trade, excellent service, and they even threw in a free oil change and coupon to their parts department. I highly recommend this dealership, and ask for the Sales Manager Angel Cadiz, he will take care of you! More
When my wife, grandson and I entered the show room we were immediately greeted by Stephen, and told him about what we were looking for, a Dodge van. After asking us about the color and equipment we were looking for, he immediately asked someone to bring a van up to the door for a test drive. A customer of Stephen's came back in to finish a deal, so he introduced us to Montez Walls to take over for him since his customer was back. Montez took us out to the van and pointed out all of the features of this van. He then asked us to take a test drive, which we did. I wasn't sure that this was the van that I wanted to purchase, so Montez suggested we test drive a Chrysler Town and Country van. He had one in stock that was just the right color that we were looking for. He had it brought around for us to look at and test drive, again he explained and pointed out all of the features of this van. We took a test drive and really liked this van. The price was a little higher than what we wanted to spend. Montez offered to have another Town and Country van brought around that didn't have all of the amenities on it, we didn't like the color or the equipment as well as the previous one, so we chose the previous one. Montez figured the price and we accepted. He introduced us to Bill Fares for the financing and Bill quickly got all the paper work filled out for us to sign to complete the transaction. Buying a new vehicle takes quite a while and we used a lot of time test driving and making up our mind as to what we wanted to do. My wife and I were on a tight time schedule that afternoon because we were going to my birthday dinner that afternoon. Every employee in the showroom that could help get the sale completed on time did what they could do to get us out on time and they did just that. We were not late for the dinner. We feel like we met several new friends that afternoon and I expect to be greeted the same way anytime we go back. This was the easiest and best automobile purchase I have ever made. I will highly recommend Steve Jones Chrysler to my family and friends. More

One of the main attractions, and the final reason why I purchased from this dealer was the fact that they were not pushy like most dealers are. I have been looking to buy for about a month, and along the way I have stopped at about 3 other dealers. I left without purchasing anything because of the typical car salesman attitude you get. That attitude does not exist at Steve Jones. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car. If Chrysler is not your brand, keep in mind they have used vehicles as well. I have made Steve Jones Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep my dealer for life. P.S. The 200 is one of the best driving cars on the road, go buy one today! More
