Dealer has van listed with 36K miles. Had seven conversations with salesman Gary Lewis, not once did he tell us it actually had 44K miles. Drove 3.5 hours to find this out. Salesman tried to talk us into buying a new car instead of the used. Sales manager Angel or salesman didn't even offer an apology. After we complained, received a phone call from Angel asking if we were still interested in the car....still no apology. Customer service manager Grace said she'd contact the owner and have him call us...its been two weeks with no call. I've contacted Chrysler and the KY Commonwealth Attorney about the bait and switch at this dealership. As of 12/14 this car is still listed on Cars.com and the dealer website with a lie that they know about and refuse to correct. More

Montez was very easy to work with. He answered all of our questions, and was very professional. He didn't pressure us to make a sale, which I appreciated. It's pretty run down and the customer waiting area was badly in need of repair. If I'm not mistaken I think they even had a few ceiling tiles missing. All of that being said, the customer service outweighed the looks of the dealership. More
I just took delivery of a 2014 Challenger SRT8. I started my buying process 3 months prior by emailing 4 dealerships to advise them of what I wanted to purchase and about what I wanted for my Charger started my buying process 3 months prior by emailing 4 dealerships to advise them of what I wanted to purchase and about what I wanted for my Charger Daytona in trade in. Three dealerships replied but Robert Denton at Steve Jones was the most helpful and knowledgeable. I told him exactly what I was looking for and what I wanted to pay for it. I also sent a pic of my trade in and told him about what I wanted for it. Robert emailed me the quote for the new car with the pricing that I expected. He also estimated the trade in allowance which would be finally determined upon seeing it in person. Steve Jones is 50 miles from me so most of the work was done via email before I drove to their dealership. In very short order we came to an agreement on my trade in allowance and the deal was done right there on the spot. Kip Kaufman was the sales person who dealt with me at their dealership. He was very helpful through the process and went over and above to educate me about the Challenger when I picked it up. My trip through the business office was smooth with no surprises. Angel Cadiz is the business manager and I've never had as smooth of a closing transaction process as I did with him. This was my 6th new car purchase over the years. I live 3 miles from Expressway Dodge in Evansville, IN, but I ended up buying my new car from Steve Jones, 50 miles away, in Owensboro, KY. Expressway wanted me to jump through all kinds of hoops in the negotiating process and they insulted me with a very low trade in offer. Very rarely do I fill out these surveys. However, my car buying experience was so good that I felt compelled to acknowledge the folks at Steve Jones Chrysler. Chris Donahue More

We wanted to purchase a vehichle right away. Norman gave us time to talk with each other, to check out the vehicle that we were interested in and to test drive it. Also, Shane was very helpful and friendly. The whole atmosphere was pleasant. Mr. Fares was very helpful in finalizing the paper work and finances. Overall, my wife and I were very pleased with our experience and will look at Jones' again when we loo for another vehicle in the future. More
