Today I visited the dealership to give my mother a ride home while her vehicle was being serviced. I had been thinking about getting a new vehicle for a couple months now so I decided to poke around the l home while her vehicle was being serviced. I had been thinking about getting a new vehicle for a couple months now so I decided to poke around the lot a bit with absolutely no intention of buying today. I ended up driving away in a brand new Dodge Dart. I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff and how well I was treated. This along with how they where able to work things out and make my mother a deal earlier despite the fact her credit wasn't great due makes me want to recommend this dealership to everybody. They make things work from approach to finance. If I ever wear this one out I will be back. More

I'm not sure you really want this letter, but here goes. We were very displeased with the service we received. After being semi pressured into a vehicle instead of the one we went to look at, which we were We were very displeased with the service we received. After being semi pressured into a vehicle instead of the one we went to look at, which we were never shown, we ended up puchasing a 2011 GMC Terrain. We have no faults with the vehicle itself, it is a top of the line vehicle with more options than anyone could possibly need. After returning home that night, we recrunched our numbers and discovered that we had forgotten to figure in something and there wasn't really any way we could meet the payments. Without realizing we did not read the line on the paperwork that says we can't return it, John called me Saturday morning and requested we come back in to sign some paperwork for a different bank getting us a better interest rate which we appreciated, I told him we needed to bring the GMC back as there wasn't any way we could pay for it. He told me it was not a vaccuum cleaner and i could not return it. So we get down there and spoke with Angel and he said basically the same thing. I asked him about the free oil change that we were told we could get since that did not get done before we purchased the vehicle and he said sure and wanted to know about cleaning it up since that wasn't done either as it had just come in that day. I asked how long and he said about an hour. A little over an hour later I asked the cashier about it and she called someone, a lady, sorry i can't remember her name, from the clean up shop and she came and spoke with us. She said it had just gotten over there and it would take an hour to do it. She was very nice to us by the way. The most pleasant and helpful person we encountered. Along with the cashier. After an hour and a half, the car was brought out to us and if I was the manager of that shop, I would not want anyone to know I had cleaned the vehicle. It looked like someone had taken a damp rag and smeared it. I would personally be ashamed to say I cleaned it. Even the windshield when it fogged just a tad had swipes on part of it going up and down and the rest going side to side. I didn't feel like it was clean at all. And this took them an hour and a half? As for recommending your dealership, our only recommendation would be for people to stay away if they're wise. More

No issues here at all. Between phone calls w/Drew and text messages w/Robert, we were able to make the deal I wanted that worked w/my schedule. Robert and Drew went out of their way to get the information I wanted right away even though I was unable to reply to them as fast as they were to me. Some of the info I wanted might have seemed odd but Drew made it happen and Robert was always sending me updates w/out being pushy. Angel made the purchase simple w/out wasting my time at all, was very professional and answered all of my questions w/out making me feel rushed. Overall I would and will recommend these guys to anybody. New vehicles are too expensive to have to put up w/a bad sales experience, and I can honestly say this one was very positive for me. More
The montly payments increased a bit from what I was originally told. It's still doable. The windshield washers don't appear to work and Robert is looking into getting them fixed for me. But I would have thought they would have been checked prior to sale. There are several chips in the paint and Robert is again looking into it for me, seeing if he can get me some paint to touch it up. All-in-all, I like the car a lot. We've been customers of the dealership in the past and wanted to come back. Depending on how these issues are resolved, I hope to be a custom in the future as well. Everyone has been very nice to work with. More
Everyone at the dealership was very friendly. The salesman worked very hard to find the right car to meet what we were looking for and not just "sell us a car".
