This is the worst service I have received when purchasing a vehicle meeting service work done to a vehicle. Bought a brand new car from them took it to get serviced numerous times and they didn’t even rotate a vehicle meeting service work done to a vehicle. Bought a brand new car from them took it to get serviced numerous times and they didn’t even rotate my tires even after requesting it. So now I have to replace my tires. Having warranty work done to it and they couldn’t figure out how to order the parts but dealing with that for four months. The guy Trent in-service continued to give attitude and excuses about the service. Never ordered my parts for three months. Then proceeded to tell me, at least I could still drive my vehicle basically to stop complaining. Also told me that it looked like we did the damage to my vehicle. After Kia already said they would cover the warranty work blamed me 3 different times saying I poured acid on my own car. I would never buy another vehicle from them nor would I ever recommend them to anyone. They are by far the worst customer, service and dealership in the nation. I called to speak to service and got transferred around seven times and then was told it would be a better option for me just to come in if I actually want to talk to somebody. More
