I bought my Kia there, and it started to run really rough. It is my only vehicle and I had to have it! I was told I would have to wait 2 weeks to get it in. I talked to Trent the service manager and ex rough. It is my only vehicle and I had to have it! I was told I would have to wait 2 weeks to get it in. I talked to Trent the service manager and explained this to him and he got it in the same day and had it fixed. I am upset that the expensive extended warranty that I was talked into buying didn’t cover it as I have less then 2000 miles on it since I bought the car! I’m on a fixed income and this cost me $609 out of my budget that I feel I shouldn’t have had to spend! I do want to thank Trent so much for getting it in for the repair! He deserves a pat on the back! More
