I've been in your service department and many times in the past and have purchased two vehicles from your dealership. Unfortunately, my latest experience was the worst. I called ahead and let him know I was bringing my Kia sell toes in for a oil change and tire rotation. I understand that it's the first come first serve basis so I expected a wait time. When I arrived at the dealership they told me my vehicle was next in line and the wait would be approximately 55 minutes The wait ended up being well over 2 hours and I actually had to go back to the service drive for them to find my keys to let me know that the vehicle was done. When I got in the vehicle there was oil fingerprints on the driver's side door. Not a big deal but a little bit unprofessional. The major issue was when I looked at my service invoice the mechanic put comments that he aired all four tires to 35 lb and rotated them in addition to the oil and filter change. When I looked at my tire pressure gauge on my vehicle I could see that the tire pressures were 28 PSI to 30 PSI. So, obviously he had not checked the air pressure on any of my tires. This makes me wonder whether or not he actually rotated the tires. I didn't mark them but if he said that he did the air pressure and didn't then how can I be sure that he actually rotated my tires. The dealer already had a car picked out but pretended that the choice was mine. The dealer refused to allow any negotiation on the price. Because he forgot to ask for a check, he called me at work several times so that I would provide the check. He next called me several times to ask me to provide proof of my gross income and requested that immediately, which I did. He then informed me that the loan was not approved for the agreed upon term and the interest would be raised. It was only after telling him that I was going to take my business elsewhere, that he agreed to work with the financing to grandfather the original rate. He then blamed me for not giving him the gross income on the sales floor. He also emphasized that he went to bat for me on the grandfathered interest rate. I have drawn several points about this, none of them good. More

It’s now been two months since I purchased the vehicle. Now the vehicle has an oil leak. Still no word on authorization for fixing the light that I was told would be fixed with an oil change. I will never recommend anyone buy a vehicle from Steve Haun’s. It’s been a very unfortunate and dishonest experience for me. They sure did take my cash quickly, but they have not followed through on their end of things at all. More
