Probably one of the easiest, stress free experiences I’ve had when buying a car. Ruben, is very knowledgeable with vehicles, and inventory coming in and out of the dealership. We recently bought a 2023 Kia Carnival from Johnny Kintner with Steve Hahn Automotive Group and it was a wonderful experience. I, like most, am not someone who enjoys car shopping, haggling, etc. and Kintner with Steve Hahn Automotive Group and it was a wonderful experience. I, like most, am not someone who enjoys car shopping, haggling, etc. and I am VERY leery of a salesperson, but Johnny won me over. He was friendly, easy to work with, not overly pushy, and I actually enjoyed our conversations. He made sure every step of the process was explained and handled professionally. He even hand-delivered our car over 100mi away during a snowstorm within hours of our purchase. Unfortunately, it is not a buyer's market for cars right now and, like everyone, we paid more than I’d have liked, but Johnny’s personality and hard work definitely made it a little more bearable. We had a couple hiccups following the sale and he was super quick to respond and, again, immediately handled our concerns. I'd recommend Johnny to anyone looking for a great experience buying their next car. More
