They did not put the oil cap on my engine from the last service appointment which led to oil all over the engine Bay. When I called in to explain, they quickly said to bring the car in so they can fix thei service appointment which led to oil all over the engine Bay. When I called in to explain, they quickly said to bring the car in so they can fix their mistake and as a complimentary to me losing an entire day and driving 200 miles round trip to have them fix their mistake, they would send my car across the street to the other business to do a full detail. When I arrived at my appointment early that morning nobody there knew of the complimentary arrangements. They did assure me that they will take care of it once I explained what they were. As I came back at the end of the day to retrieve my car all they had done was clean the engine Bay and did the flush. They did the bare minimum to fix their mistake. I lost an entire day of work with intentions to drive home in my complimentary in-and-out detail as promised, Yet nothing was done. They may have fixed their mistake but they have lost a customer because of this bait and switch tactic. I will take my business for any non warranty services to Mercedes Benz out in Tacoma Washington as they have always had the best intentions for their customers. More
