I certainly put Jason through the "mill" with this purchase and he stepped up to the challenge of dealing with me consistently helpful along the way. He understood that I already had a clear vision of exactly what I wanted in a Prius refresh after 7 years, although sorting through a few highly desirable, but unfortunately mutually exclusive options. While he politely asked if I was interested in anything different or additional, never pressured me in anyway.
