Turned out I was fortunate enough to deal with Kelly who actually suggested a lease instead of buying and explained all the pluses and negatives of each.After discussing and weighing my options I decided to lease a new Tacoma.My father sold cars and warned me of all the xx that goes on and what to be aware of . Never felt pressured or pushed ,dealing with Kelly was fantastic! She actually listens and wants you to leave happy, which I did. Kelly O'Callaghan was such a pleasure to work with. Knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the start. I even got introduced to the people in service and get 24 months of free oil changes and tire rotation. Chris DeLuca helped me find the best deal for me, and together they both came up with a figure I felt comfortable with. I drove the car off the lot the same day! Terrible Service I went in to look at a new car on Monday 2/25/19. I had done my research before hand and knew what I wanted to buy. I went to Stephen AutoMall only I went in to look at a new car on Monday 2/25/19. I had done my research before hand and knew what I wanted to buy. I went to Stephen AutoMall only because it was close to my home. I walked in and was greeted by Matt and told him the vehicle I would like to look at. Matt pulled up in the wrong car and when I told him I would like to see the 2019 his response was that it was "buried" and seemed upset that he would have to move other cars to bring the correct one for me to see. I took a look at the car and said I loved it, but wanted to run next-door to see a Toyota. In the meantime I asked if he would be able to take a look at my car for a trade in value. I handed him my keys and walked next door. We returned no less the 10 minutes later and I was told they were too busy to look at my car! Ok!! So lets now test drive this one! We returned from the test drive and I stated I WANTED TO BUY THIS CAR! How much?? Good Question when buying a car. The response was avoided and I was given every answer except the price. He was to call me that day to go over questions that would help with rebates, and... no call was received. Today, two days later I called to see if I can get an answer on price. To my surprise, it is 5,000 more then listed online! It took me prying to get the answer. When I asked to speak to his manager I was put on with Brian Fisher, another condescending sales person who told me he was there that day and I was too busy to buy the car. Amazing. You have someone with the money to buy a car that pays your commission, and you get two people who would rather talk down to you then actually sell you a car. The manager, Brian Fisher, was VERY happy to send me to his boss. I assume because he will treat a customer the same as his employees do. My rating of these sales people and this facility it to avoid it at all cost. They blame GMC for their behavior and will run you around as they did me. More

The salesperson that I have dealt with each time is Saeid. He has a very nice personality, very friendly, and knowledgeable about each vehicle that I have been interested in. So he questions me about my needs and desires. Each time he comes through with a solution for me that meets my needs. Andy, the manager gets involved, and makes you feel like you are part of his family, and treats you as such, giving you the best deal possible. After the car is purchased, they don’t forget about you. In the service department, I usually deal with Sue, and again, I’m still part of the family, and my treatment there is great also. One of my vehicles got damaged, so I needed body work done.Not only was the work done exceptionally well, but it was done at a much lower cost than any other place. Best place I’ve ever done business by far. More
