My wife and I needed to get a car and there wasn't a question of where we were going to purchase it because of our good experience in two previous purchases. They don't want your measly $2,000. They are unctuous people interested only in selling cars to unctuous people. And if you're not unctuous, I would advise you to go elsewhere. Too bad for them that I was actually planning on buying a new Volvo, but if you can't quote me on tires for my current 2022 Volvo that I want to give my niece, and give me a little curtesy, then I just assume buy online, or from the other two Volvo dealers in RI. More

This is the first Volvo I have bought, and I was convinced that the team at Steingold were the one's I wanted to make my first purchase from. Dealing with Mike Bernardo from the sales team I felt wa convinced that the team at Steingold were the one's I wanted to make my first purchase from. Dealing with Mike Bernardo from the sales team I felt was truly honest, knowledgeable and was exceptionally willing to work with me. Speaking with others there from the service department and managers, convinced me that this was the only Volvo dealership I wanted to deal with. It was more like dealing with friends then dealing with a business. Thank you Steingold Volvo for one of the best automobile buying experiences I have ever had. More
