Very upset with service department. The manager could care less. I spent over $2k on service and they could not even get engine light to come off on my wife’s car. One excuse after another and their service agents literally just read from a computer generated service sheet. Manager is a joke and basically told me he does not what is going on and he is just there to do payroll. Your experience has forced us to never consider another Hyundai ever again. Sad that in a tough economy you are ripping people off in that service department. The quote that wins it all is last thing the agent said to us was “it is not safe to drive and tech estimates full breakdown in 1 month”. Wants us to spend another $6k on service. Buyers beware of this dealer. More

After finding out my car was totaled, I was faced with needing a new car in a short amount of time. I contacted several local dealerships, and none were nearly as responsive, let alone as cordial and straight forward as Tim was with me. No games or dealership tricks whatsoever, Tim went above and beyond trying to find a car and price that met my expectations. I have bought several cars through dealerships before, and NEVER has there been a better experience than this one and couldn’t be happier with my Ioniq 5! Was able to work through all the details ahead of time so coming to dealership was seamless and Chris and Brian were beyond accommodating to me and my family on the day we picked up the car. If you are in the market for a car, I couldn’t recommend highly enough Steele Hyundai of New Braunfels!! More

A great team at Steele Hyundai Service Department, from Mr. Rene Burillo , the Service Director to the Service Advisors, Ms. Margarita Sierra, who I have known from earlier days at the dealership, she is Mr. Rene Burillo , the Service Director to the Service Advisors, Ms. Margarita Sierra, who I have known from earlier days at the dealership, she is dedicated, a professional with a positive attitude, my most recent interactions have been with Ms. Valerie Salinas and they have been great, I have also observed Ms. Salinas walking thru the waiting area offering the patrons a bottle of water while they were waiting, quite unheard of these days, Ms. Salinas is friendly, responsive and she displays a genuine care. We were on the fence about buying a car in this economic climate, and we decided to try Steele after looking at several dealerships that were charging well over MSRP. Leif Martin met us on the lot immediately and did not pressure us at all. He was knowledgeable about the product, and simply gave us details about each trim package. We had a good experience because of him, and we probably would not have purchased our Santa Fe limited without his help. We were convinced that we were going to walk away from the dealership because they didn't have the exact car that we wanted, but Leif found us a vehicle that exceeded our expectations, and we were able to make a deal. We would not have purchased the car otherwise. Thank you Steele and Leif Martin for making our experience so great! More

After reading about scams, I marked the wheels on my car before taking it in for an oil change & tire rotation. Oil was changed but tires were untouched. I called the manager and he didn't sound surprised; before taking it in for an oil change & tire rotation. Oil was changed but tires were untouched. I called the manager and he didn't sound surprised; told me to bring it back in and they'd rotate the tires. Next time I'll check the wheel marks before leaving the service department. Lesson learned! More
