My First Time Financing a Car This was my first time financing a car ever and stateline made it super easy for me! Josh in Sales and Sherman in finance went above and beyond to get This was my first time financing a car ever and stateline made it super easy for me! Josh in Sales and Sherman in finance went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted. The only thing that was a little inconvenient was that I did have to wait a few days for them to find a bank that would be willing to finance a 20 year old with not alot of credit history. Sherman came in on his days off to get me secured with a bank and also got my car down to a lower rate per month than promised when I signed the papers!! I was super excited about that. These guys were super personable and extremely intentional with communication and updates through out the week for me (because Of my situation it did take longer than a person with good credit history on hand). But over all I had a wonderful experience with this place, very excited about my new car and extremely pleased with the customer service that went above and beyond! More

Recurring flat tire was fixed quickly This service department fixed a recurring flat tire after two "tire shops" tried, failed and charged anyway. Six weeks later the same tire started loo This service department fixed a recurring flat tire after two "tire shops" tried, failed and charged anyway. Six weeks later the same tire started loosing air. They told me to bring in the car in that day with no appointment. They checked their fix, no leakage, however they did find a new nail puncture, which they fixed. Yes, I did have to wait an hour, but they were booked solid and obviously very busy. Plus they washed the car and cleaned the windows. I call that excellent service. More

He told me things that could go wrong with a brand new car like if the radio went I would not be able to drive the car..just didn't like his attitude. On the other hand salesman Steve Chavez was excellent. In all my years of buying new cars never had anyone as thorough as Steve show me how to use everything in my new car. Great salesman. More
