Had ‘tough guy’ sales people at other dealers try to play hardball (“We don’t go under MSRP” when the car doesn’t sell at MSRP). Had the “I will waste your time” approach. I would not play that game either. They treat you with respect and are a pleasure to to do business with. I will happily drive from Boston to deal with Satateline again vs every other dealer in between. More
