Worst body work paint job I’ve ever seen! Brought vehicle in for a simple marker light replacement and paint touch up on the fender. You guys drive my car all the way to Brockton for the body Brought vehicle in for a simple marker light replacement and paint touch up on the fender. You guys drive my car all the way to Brockton for the body work. Told me the work would take 2 days, you kept the vehicle for 4 days. Didn’t tell me I was elidgable for rental car and it was already paid for by the person who’s broken tire did the damage. The car came back and was never painted just clear coated ver the top. The worst clear coat job I’ve ever seen, run lines and drips all over the whole bumper in places not even close to the damaged site. Also a chunk of the bumper looks to have been sanded off make a very noticeable imperfection right by the badge. By far the worst car experience I’ve ever had. I purchased this vehicle two years ago when you were Somerset Subaru and have always had a good experience there until now. I will be telling everyone to stay clear of your dealership and that wretched body shop. You’ve practically ruined my car. More
Fairly quick Went in to get my Forester fixed they were pretty quick in and out in about an hour and a half. I did notice that my car was sitting for about 15 minutes after it was fixed but I could tell they were busy and I’m not an unreasonable person. Overall it was a painless experience. More

I was disappointed with the first 2019 Impreza I test drove which had what appeared to be greasy handprints on the interior fabric and also the console. Additionally I feel the vehicle I did purchase could have been detailed as a new car is expected to be delivered. Clean tires, unstreaked windows and a glossy paint finish. In my opinion the new car delivery prep I experienced was sub par. More
Slow and no resolution They can't seem to fix the same issue my new Subaru has had since I purchased it. Also, at the end of the last service appointment they couldn't find They can't seem to fix the same issue my new Subaru has had since I purchased it. Also, at the end of the last service appointment they couldn't find my car. The rep walked around the dealership parking lot clicking my remote, and found it on the far end of the lot among their sale cars. This convinced me that they didn't even look at it, and simply repeated what they said at other appointments. I won't return to their service station, or purchase another Subaru. More
