Star Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

Took the SUV in for ABS light came on. On Monday I took a Dodge Journey in for ABS Light on and I end up getting the oil changed became it was about time. Then they told me I needed an A On Monday I took a Dodge Journey in for ABS Light on and I end up getting the oil changed became it was about time. Then they told me I needed an ABS sensor and that they would order it and do the work under the warranty. I call them on Tuesday and the part had cam in and bring the car in on Wednesday morning. I bought Journey in they took it in. About 11am they came back and told me they needed three (3) more. To day is Friday and I’m still waiting on a phone call. I guess they need more time to get approved for the rest. I will wait for there calll. PS: All the other services were excellent, just this one. More

If this dealership is your only option then. My first experience with this dealership was back in November 2016. I came in one evening and spoke to a salesperson about a Fiat 500L, manual shift i My first experience with this dealership was back in November 2016. I came in one evening and spoke to a salesperson about a Fiat 500L, manual shift in white. The salesman tried to offer me a showroom model automatic transmission Fiat 500L or 500X in yellow, and I was not interested in the least. He then took my information and said he would search their inventory to find my car. I waited 2 weeks and never heard back so I then went to Fiat of Manhattan, and the salesman found my car the same day and took my deposit. My car arrived within 5 days. Since then I have been very pleased using Fiat of Manhattan as my go-to for service. Turning to clock ahead to this past week I needed to get my Fiat inspected and as time was running out I decided to go to Star to get my inspection. My first impression was nobody coming outside to tag my car in, a very dirty, cluttered customer waiting room, burnt coffee, and a lot of unsatisfied customers waiting on their vehicles, some who had been there since 7am (I arrived at 11:30am). A few of the customers were angry as the price given them for whatever service their automobiles needed was not what they were being charged once work was complete. Then and there I decided to never use this dealership again. Luckily, I dodged a bullet on buying my car from Star. More
