I’m usually guarded and untrusting of salesmen but Robert quickly put us at ease. When we put in our offer one of the managers came cane over over to reject our offer and was politely belittling to us. We were ready to leave, but I was happening to watch Robert as his jaw tightened during the “discussion” and he asked us to sit tight. We watched a pretty heated conversation through the window ( usually there’s a waiting period to make you nervous, this wasn’t like that), and he renegotiated a better deal for us that we accepted. But salesman I had the pleasure of working with. I don’t get to say that much about car salesmen! A shout out to Megan who helped us with some follow up paperwork after the purchase. Because of Robert and Megan I would definitely do business with them again. More
older Jeep Grand Cherokee I’ve taken my Jeep to this place for service 2 times now. They did what they said they would do and treated my service and quality of work they did Totally top rated in my opinion. One last thing that was outstanding. I rented a car from them and dropped it off to pick up my Jeep. I suddenly came to the conclusion a month later that I left some things in the trunk . It was a long shot but I went in and asked if they have any unclaimed property from rentals and I described the items and YES ! They did hold my items ! Ken and Keith and your team are Awsome! More
Service Department A Joke Impossible to get service department on the phone. Never return voicemails. And most recently, I was told to wait for a "Tech Rep" to come out from Do Impossible to get service department on the phone. Never return voicemails. And most recently, I was told to wait for a "Tech Rep" to come out from Dodge because they were concerned my vehicles problem was more tricky than most. I literally waited almost a month, for an answer, only for them to say today that they never actually requested that tech rep from Dodge at all and that I should instead take my vehicle somewhere else because they don't want to deal with the difficulty. Sorry to bother you with my business. If you wanted to pass me off to the next dealer, go ahead and do so, but don't lie to me that you're requesting additional resources just to get me out the door and then ignore me while I wait around for a month with my vehicle decomissioned. xxxx you. Bought a 2018 Jeep I bought a 2018 Jeep compass about a year ago. I was told it was such a great car, I call bullcrap Starting in OCT about 8 months after i bought the c I bought a 2018 Jeep compass about a year ago. I was told it was such a great car, I call bullcrap Starting in OCT about 8 months after i bought the car, things starting popping up that was wrong. I first brought it in because it was shifting really hard, they fixed that and said it was a computer issue. A Month later it happened again. Then my Back latch shocks broke so i brought that in to fix. Once that happened CODES started popping up like crazy. Brought it in again Feb 15th 2019 and they told me that the transmission needed reset again and the actuator needs to be replaces. Let me tell you , that part in the car in the back of the dash so that means the whole things has to be taken apart and seats out everything. . After about 3 weeks of it being in shop because i guess the part had to come from the other end of the united states, i come in and check on it and my car is torn apart still and they had to order another part that was going to take a while. So about 4/19/2019 i go and pick up my car and start it and look and see that my back tire is going flat..... Also another code pops up. I let the services dept know right away and i was told to go to Les schwab down the road and have them fix the tire. "Well i didn't drive this car for about 2 months so why was the tire flat???) I asked and he said i need new tires... Well i understand that but when i brought the car in the tire was not going flat... Anyways they wouldn't help with that. I took it to get it fixed and they said there was a slit in the side wall of the tire and i would need new tires. Well i didn't have the money at the time and so they made me call a tow company to tow it back to the dealership after i got off work and waited 2 hours for that. I was told i cant have a rental tell the next morning. I work daily so i had to find a ride to work and to get rental, when i got the rental i was told there was a new policy about a deposit for the rental of 100$ ............ I told them i cant pay that, they waived the fee. Then next day they said that they fixed the code and it was something to do with the air bags (scary). So Friday i am trying to figure out what to do about my tire and get the car out of there, I said to them "well i have to figure out a tire!" The services dept told me that i needed to return the rental car at the end of the day or i will have to pay for it. This morning i had to go buy tires for the jeep, which is fine. But when my husband started the car to go get tires put on it ANOTHER CODE came up again and my front windows wont roll down unless i mess with it and turn off car and push buttons and also my unlock and lock button wont work unless i push it a couple times. I am MAD!! When i called the dealer ship to talk to the services dept. I let him know what was going on and all he said is ill call you back and was very short and made it sound like i was a pain for there crappy Jeep they sold me. All ill say is when you go in for services the first couple times they are very nice and helpful but when there is a problem they get annoyed you have to keep bringing the car in. When i bought this car, i needed a new car that was safe for me and my family. This car has been nothing but problems and the dealership owner doesn't care because i have left him 2 messages now and no return. I tried to buy local and that screwed me..... I have called the manufacture and started a case with Jeep cause St. Helen's Auto told me to do so.... I just hope that it get fixed or someone makes it right. I have made two payments on my car and they are not cheep to not be driving it. More

We were more than happy to not buy if we cannot make a deal, big Dave and Mickey Monahan were excellent members of the sales staff. They offered options and walk us through several vehicles till we found the one with the options we were looking for. It was a low-key, no push sale and we enjoyed the experience. Good selection, excellent sales staff, and an overall great experience. Looking forward to buying another vehicle in the future. More
