I've left this same review on Yelp and a few other places because I'm so disappointed in them and I don't want anyone else to experience what I have. My experiences with this dealer started a few years ago when I purchased a used pickup from them and one of the promised items in the purchase was a set of seat covers for the front and rear seats. Well, after months of multiple calls, visits, etc. I finally got a set of front seat covers but no back ones. Many more months of calls went unanswered and I never did receive the promised items. Well, maybe I should have learned my lesson then but no, I like to buy local so I decided to buy my new vehicle there. I had a pleasant experience with the sales department this time but the good times ended there. Upon getting home with my new rig, I took the wife for a ride only to notice that the the passenger seat frame was broken. not to worry, I immediately took it back to the dealer and they took a look and said no problem lets get that fixed. So we scheduled an appointment for me to drop it off. I came in that next week only to find the service manager arguing with another customer. I sat there waiting for over an hour for him or someone to help me. But that never happened. So they were closing and I left. Called the next day and got an apology from the service manager and he said to bring it in again. I brought it back two days later and they looked at it again and said they would fix it but they didn't have the parts so they were going to order them and call me when they came in. Two weeks went by and I didn't hear from them so I called only to find out that their service manager was fired and they had a new service manager but he knew nothing about my seat frame. So I talked to the new service manager, he apologized and told me they would have my seat taken care of within a week. Well, the seat bracket came in but their one and only mechanic that can work on it had an emergency and was out for a week. OK, no worries, I'm a patient person. It's already been two months of trying to get it fixed, what's another week. Well, the mechanic got back on a Tuesday, I dropped the rig off on Wednesday, expecting it back Thursday. No call to say it was done, OK, maybe they needed another day. Friday afternoon, I still didn't hear anything so I called to check in and they hadn't even looked at it yet, they were really busy but they would get started. OK, about an hour later I got a call that about the part (that came in two weeks prior but no one looked at), was the wrong part and that they had to spend the rest of that Friday getting another one from a different dealer, fine, maybe I'll get it the following Monday. Nope, wasn't done Monday, wasn't done Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, Finally on Friday 9 days later, I called to check in again. They were working on it but it wasn't done. Got a call later that it was finally done, so I went in and picked it up. Took it home and after a week, my wife and I went for a drive to central Oregon but along the way, my wife wanted to move her seat forward, wouldn't budge. Well darn, nothing I could do about it on the road. So when we got home from our weekend away, I started looking into it and the stupid mechanic had the carpet all wound up in the bottom mechanism of the seat and it was jammed. So not wanting to deal with those idiots again, I took the seat out myself, fixed all of the carpet and snapped it back down into place. Yes, the carpet has plastic snaps to hold it in place. Now after almost 3 months, the seat finally works fine... BUT, that same week, I noticed that ALL of the bolts holding the fender on were all loose. They were obviously take out at one point because the paint was chipped on them. Now mind you, I bought a brand new vehicle from them, NEW, it had less than 50 miles on it from many test drives I assume. BUT these idiots couldn't even explain to me why the bolts were loose or even why they were removed in the first place. It was then and there that I decided to call the new service manager to tell him that I'm never taking my rig to his service department ever again. I only give it a one star rating because I cannot give it a ZERO. If a service department can't even put in a seat then I don't think I can trust them with anything else that might go wrong. Another dealer will be getting my business from now on. More

Let me share with you why I highly recommend this dealership: So, I have had very negative experience with the Gresham Dodge Dealership. They do NOT care about your needs, Gresham sales people (Gary) only agenda was to make a sale. He could care less, it seemed, that the vehicle he sold me was right for my needs. (Will be submitting a review about them as well.) The folks at St Helens took time to listen to what I was seeking. I learned about St Helens Dealership from a previous employee from Gresham Doge. I had reached out to this saleslady as we had stayed in touch, and told her that I did NOT want to ever deal with Gresham again and she HIGHLY recommended the St Helens dealership. She had worked with the boss, Andrew, in the past and she told me that if I didn't mind going to St. Helens, she knew that Andrew and his team would work with me to find me the perfect fit. Andrew and his team are class acts!!! I want to thank Andrew, Carlos and Mickey for their helpfulness but I want to give a Big shoutout to my salesman, **Robert Fletcher**!!!! He went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable with my new car, a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude Plus!!! He went over every detail of the car, took time to answer all my questions and even programed my cell phone to connect properly to the car! THANK YOU ROBERT!!!!! More

So sales guy calls us up says we have 3 avail that price one in particular. So we decide to make the trip. Get there. Sales guy doesn’t know where trucks are. Finally after walking around in their grass overgrown sales lot, locates the truck same vin # as price quoted however this truck has lift package and now sales guy has to talk with finance guy and suddenly can’t get truck for that price with lift package. Husband gets pissed tells them false advertising and we should get truck for that price, husband has pics that matches pricing from computer inside dealership, so then the finance guy tells my husband to “flip off” the camera so he could call the police. Most unprofessional customer service, sloppy. End of story husband gladly flips off camera we leave. More
