Fast, efficient, and friendly Though I didn't buy my truck here (got a killer deal on mine from a Subaru dealership who didn't know what they had), I went here for some recall work Though I didn't buy my truck here (got a killer deal on mine from a Subaru dealership who didn't know what they had), I went here for some recall work back in August. There was a slight mix-up in my appointment, but they literally squeezed me in, and had me in and out in under an hour. I needed to borrow the wifi for work, and the sales staff went out of their way to ensure that I had a quiet place to work, and ensured that I got connected with no issues. Would highly recommend St Helens CDJR - they may be a country dealership that sells more trucks than cars, but they make sure that the country hospitality and work ethic shines through. More
Its a new and improved St Helens Auto This St Helens Auto Center is not your mama's St Helens Auto. New owners /management and staff have really changed everything here. I bought from the This St Helens Auto Center is not your mama's St Helens Auto. New owners /management and staff have really changed everything here. I bought from the "old guys" and can admit they were too shady for me, resulting in many problems ,including distrust and "never agains" We heard that things had changed, so we visited the lot and found what we wanted. I purchased my Journey here in 2017, and have had zero issues. Keith Weisgerber in service has always been a polite, cheerful and experienced guy! Always in and out in quick time for oil changes and and such, and he keeps me informed of wait length or any questions-for example--he found me on the lot, showed me the cabin air filter and asked if I wanted replaced. And if so, its about $XX dollars. Seeing it made me say yes. Service dept is usually a bustling place, so some patience is required for narrrow lanes and parking, but the fact they are busy is usually a good thing! . More

Dishonest We bought a brand new dodge challenger from this dealership 1 year ago. They would not disclose the interest or loan length or total sales price to u We bought a brand new dodge challenger from this dealership 1 year ago. They would not disclose the interest or loan length or total sales price to us until we were about to sign papers, even then, we were shuffled. One guy said the other guy should have shown us, then the other guy says he didn't have the information. Even as we are signing and reading, they were still having a hard time coming up with the specifics of the loan and costs. We felt completely taken advantage of, and our financial requests ignored. Now a year later with not even 7,000 miles on the car or the first oil change. It needs MAJOR repairs. All new belts, new alternator, new water pump. They basically fell apart inside the car. So on top of a lousy loan, bad service, we also got a lemon. When it was supposed to be a brand new car. the say the least the service with Dodge and these people has been BAD. More
Dealership dishonest in condition of truck After seeing an ad for a truck my husband and I were greatly interested in we drove an hour to come and see the vehicle and test drive it. The CARFAX After seeing an ad for a truck my husband and I were greatly interested in we drove an hour to come and see the vehicle and test drive it. The CARFAX indicated no accidents and the title was clean. While test driving the vehicle my husband put it in 4 wheel drive and noticed an odd sound. The salesman reassured us that it was most likely a result of this feature hardly being used by the previous owners. It was a sound that concerned us however we were once again reassured by one of the dealerships co-owners, Andrew, that this vehicle was in great mechanical shape. He presented us with an invoice to prove their shop had done a "thorough inspection" and had even spent over $1,400 on the vehicle to make sure all was sound. These repairs also included replacing the rack and pinion. Andrew boasted about the thoroughness of their inspections and that they believe any car driven off their lot should be in such good mechanical state it would not need any intervention within the first year of owning the vehicle. We decided to proceed with the purchase of the vehicle but made it contingent upon an inspection by our own mechanic. The next morning we took the vehicle to our mechanic for inspection. Within 15 minutes of looking at the vehicle the mechanic was able to see that 1. There was something wrong with the four wheel drive and 2. The vehicle had been in an accident! None of which were divulged to us during the process not to mention both of which significantly impact the value of the vehicle. We then contacted the dealership to which they said they would like their own mechanics to inspect the vehicle even though they had indicated during the sale this was already done. We also mentioned the fact the vehicle was in an accident to which the service manager indicated "accidents happen all the time" and the CARFAX was clean and that it was nothing they could control. The inspection they did concluded that the transfer case would need to be replaced and they would be voiding the sale because it is not a vehicle they would like to have their name attached to. And yet, they were fine selling it to us the night before? If their own inspection was so thorough and extensive why did they not catch these issues? I get it, a shop/mechanic may miss a few things here or there. However, its truly hard to believe a large service center/dealership just simply didn't put the vehicle in 4 wheel drive during the inspection and somehow managed to "miss" the issue. Especially when their own inspection indicated it was such a huge repair. More
Bad sales experience I went in to look for a used truck. I saw one online that was $41,990 . When I went in they wouldn’t tell me the price until I told them I was trading I went in to look for a used truck. I saw one online that was $41,990 . When I went in they wouldn’t tell me the price until I told them I was trading in my used truck and how much I owed on it(I owed what kbb said it was worth). Then they came out and said $46,990 and they would happily take my truck in as a trade at a loss(their words). I knew it was $41,990 because I saw the ad before I went in and asked again and they said it’s always been that price. They have the right to ask whatever price they want, but they lied to me about it and the salesman was spretty pushy. He came out after one of his visits to they guy in charge and just shook my hand without even saying what he was shaking it for. I assume he thinks he sold another sucker a vehicle. Bad sales pitch, lying to the customer and playing a shell game with the price. I will make sure everyone I know avoids that place and shops somewhere else. More
Worst experience of car buying This place is so unorganized , had to re sign papers cause they can't even figure out where people need to sign, but than they say you owe them $$ fo This place is so unorganized , had to re sign papers cause they can't even figure out where people need to sign, but than they say you owe them $$ for your trade in cause the payoff is more than they estimated but you contact your bank and find out they are full of crap cause the pay off is less than estimated.they lost the owners manual. This is a brand new vehicle why was it even removed, had to bug them for a week to even finally get one. Than after having the truck for not even a week with only 300 miles on the rig the check engine light comes on. I contact the dealership and they could care less. They told me to bring it in First thing Monday morning , so I did and it's now late in the afternoon and they still have yet to even take a look at it. Why pay 40k for a rig and get xxxxty service? Very rude let's just say I would never buy another vehicle from them nor would I recommend anyone else to do so. More
