Couldn't Diagnose, Still Charged $136 Fee I went in for a diagnostic for a check engine light after being unable to figure it out myself; I had a misfire (PO300 and PO302) After leaving the ca I went in for a diagnostic for a check engine light after being unable to figure it out myself; I had a misfire (PO300 and PO302) After leaving the car overnight they were unable to figure it out either, and their solution was to throw parts at it at my expense. They wanted to try fuel injectors and a singular coil pack but it would cost me over $2300; still without certainty this would fix the issue. I declined so essentially they told me nothing about the issue and I still had to pay the $136 diagnostic fee. On a side note they were friendly throughout the process, but still a disappointing waste of time and money. More

I was prepared. However the day I had it done, I gladly paid for obviously needed service... THEN what arrived in the mail was a postcard for my son's Mazda 3 (2018 model) for a discounted coupon for same brake service for a Labor Day Savings ALL MONTH LONG flyer from Riverside Mazda at $229.95. I know it's not from Spreen, but I thought I was getting a good deal since I paid upfront for maintenance plan. Just to let you be aware of your competition. It makes no difference which Mazda I may take my car in the future, More
