Time spent there way too long We wanted a lease,have great credit,was barraged with phone calls and texts after browsing vehicles. Good follow up,however I explained that my husban We wanted a lease,have great credit,was barraged with phone calls and texts after browsing vehicles. Good follow up,however I explained that my husband was one week out of surgery so didn't want to be there too long. I realize they got the car I wanted and appreciated that but had to travel 2 hours to get it each way. I think they could be been more proactive as we had already discussed price payoff on other lease and details prior to our appt at 1pm. They got the car,and returned at 6:30 to then take it for a wash. The detail was awful,and the car was full of scratches and dings....not happy. We left at almost 9pm with a due bill and upon getting home and looking at the car the next day in the daylight noticed many more scratches that were not noted. Now have to bring it down for a week to make it look like the brand new car it is,and sitting at dealership with my husband who was very uncomfortable for 8 hours to get a much less than acceptable vehicle was disappointing. Our salesmen and all employees were professional and kind but still left disappointed. They should check the vehicle to ensure their clients are getting a beautiful new,FLAWLESS car. More
