Last week I went into Spreen Mazda, as it was time to turn in a leased vehicle. I turned in one car and came out with another-2019 CX-5, which I love! This is now my 3rd Mazda with this dealership for several reasons: (1) great service, (2) they work with you to provide the best rate for their customer, (3) the people in sales are not annoyingly aggressive, and (4) Mazda’s are great vehicles! I’d like to thank Dario and Jose who assisted me last week!! My experience with Mazda over the past (6) years has been awesome!! More
Recall for Mazda 3 2015 screen I had ghosting issues with my Mazda 3 screen . It would call random people, hang up during conversations and also change my radio dial. I got a notice I had ghosting issues with my Mazda 3 screen . It would call random people, hang up during conversations and also change my radio dial. I got a notice from Mazda to take it in to be replaced because Mazda had similar issue with other cars. Spreen Mazda took it in and handled the situation. They were nice and honest . I was able to get the screen replaced and my car was given back to me the same day. Great service and fast! More

Awesome I was having problems with my car’s mobile remote start so I took it to Spreen Mazda to have it checked. FRANKIE from service worked really hard to get the mobile start work perfectly. He took really good care of my car and made himself always available whenever I needed him. He provided me and family an exceptional customer service! Thanks man! Everyone was very friendly too! They all made me feel like I am FAMILY! From the SERVICE MANAGER who is always available and very approachable to the car detailer who took the time , even though it wasn’t his job, to drop off and pick me up. He was even suppose to go to lunch at the time he picked me up but he put me first before his stomach! ( sorry I forgot his name ). Pure awesomeness! Thanks Spreen Mazda for such great people in your service department for providing me and my family and exceptional customer service! Glad i got the car i was looking but will never be back The people taking you out on test drives, have no clue of any of the features on the car. The price on their site was one thing then when i showed interest, they changed it to $1500 more. When i questioned it, Jose Montiel made me show him proof. Thank goodness i had it. He was not so nice to deal with even gave me a lecture about my language after he started addressed me with an attitude. Once we settled on the price, it took 1 hour for me to sit with the finance person. Once all of the paper work was completed I still didn't get my car for another hour. I received it unwashed and food in the seats even after the i was informed it would be detailed. The topper was one of the lot guys decided to drill holes into the bumper to add the front license plate without asking. this is the most unprofessional dealership i have ever walked into and plan to never deal with again. Honestly Julianna saved the deal or i would have walked out. I was there 10 am - 3:30pm, price was settled around 1130. no excuses for being treated this way. More
