She gave me a figure , ~$27k that was reasonable to which I've confirmed with her numberous times in our email exchanges of 22 messages. I agreed to proceed with the price and the details of the vehicle. I move on to the next steps of figuring out the finances. I send over my preapproved letter from a bank to which the sales manager, Flavio Villasenior, responds with a condescending tone that my approval letter will not be enough for the vehicle and that their price will be well above that to which I inquire again, stating that we had discussed the $27k figure, again and again, with their salesperson. Flavio has refused to answer my simple answer of what the out the door price is via email. After numerous of hours exchange messages via email, someone is lying. Car buying isn't easy, but it doesn't have to be this hard. Spreen Honda Corona made it a bigger waste of my time. More

I was shown one figure for my Honda Civic lease to buy and the finance guy showed $7K more when I walked inside. Huge sticker shock.
