Our salesperson, Matt Rock, ignored our questions about negotiating the price over four times, and then quickly passed us over to the finance department, once he knew he had a sale. Veronica, our finance p negotiating the price over four times, and then quickly passed us over to the finance department, once he knew he had a sale. Veronica, our finance person, then had to speak with management regarding our questions, stating she could do nothing about negotiating the price. It took over 30 minutes for us to find a fair offer, and I almost negated the deal. We had been to the dealership a month prior, dealing with Matt and Antonio, and we’re taken aback by the unprofessional salesmanship. Veronica was able to find us a middle-ground, but I would NOT recommend working with the current sales personnel. SPREEN has a superb, efficient, and professional service department, as we’ve been loyal customers for almost 10 years, and Veronica was AWESOME; she was the only person that “sealed the deal” that day. I know inventory is low, and dealerships can play hardball with higher prices, but you should never blatantly ignore a customer’s questions or concerns. More
