We had taken our Civic to a different dealer to look at our air conditioner and were told it was going to cost $2000 to fix it. We took it to Spreen and learned we had bought an extended warranty and it wa our air conditioner and were told it was going to cost $2000 to fix it. We took it to Spreen and learned we had bought an extended warranty and it was 100% covered. While my car was there they let me know my brakes needed to be done but it was a very reasonable fix cost wise so I paid for that service and it was all done timely. When I got there to pick up my car it was washed and ready to go. I will never go to another dealer. Ron and his team were professional, helpful and went out of their way to make sure our experience was top notch. Highly recommend this dealer. Thank you again Ron!!! More
