I am very happy with the car I purchased, but feel the advertised price was misleading. When the paperwork to purchase the car was written up, an additional cost of $1600 was added for the security system advertised price was misleading. The system was already in the car so I had no choice but to pay it if I wanted the car. This should have been included in the advertised price. I wasn’t told about it until I saw it on the paperwork and asked about it. I also received an email from the sales manager telling me that there was “a huge 2 day only sale” that weekend and that the cars would be marked down thousands of dollars. When I questioned why the car I was purchasing was the same price it had been the week before and was not marked down I was told that it had already been marked down. However, the email I received stated that they were having a 2 day only sale that weekend. I feel this was also misleading as it was not true. More

Happy I looked past Toyota and found the Acura MDX. I have been buying new cars, Chevy (6), Ford (1), Hondas (2)and since 2000 only Toyotas. When I left home yesterday to buy a car, I headed for the Toyota dealership because I wanted to purchase a Highlander. I would have purchased the 2019 except it didn't have a couple features I wanted and one feature I wanted that kept me from buying settling. My brother talked me into looking at the the Acura MDX. at Acura Temecula. (His wife has the MDX) I liked the look of the car, but they didn't have one with the features and color I wanted in Temecula. I decided to go and wait a month for the Highlander. As I was driving home he called Speen. They had the car, the features, and color I wanted. This was the absolute easiest experience I have had ever buying a car. They gave me the price, showed me the car, I drove it, and loved it. I am so glad that I hadn't settled on the Toyota. Ronny, Omar, and Edar made it happen. They are the best. More
